NEED HELP?

Can I wash the cups and saucers in my dish-washer?
Due to the delicate type of porcelain and of the reflecting platinum based surface of the “design series”, better hand-wash them.
Can I buy only one cup and several saucers?

The goods were shipped to me but they never arrived.
As soon as the goods are shipped we shall send you a code to track the shipment. If the goods are to be considered lost we shall provide to resend them to you.
I did not write down / I lost my shipment code.
Contact Client support and we shall send you the shipment code again.
Upon delivery the goods were damaged.
When the goods are delivered to you, you must sign the receipt indicating “goods unchecked” as we told you at the time of the shipping. In any case we shall resend you another set to replace the damaged one.
