Following Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”) and art. 13 Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.6.2003 (hereinafter, “Privacy Code”) and art. 13 EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) we wish to inform you that the personal data provided on the site will be processed in respect of the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of the person concerned, protecting their confidentiality and the right to their protection.
The Data Controller of the personal data entered by users of the site is RS LIFE360 SRL with registered office VIA TACITO 64 – 00193 ROME.
RS LIFE360 SRL will carry out such processing in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protection of its confidentiality and rights, pursuant to art. 13 of the Code. The Data Processor is the Manager of the Commercial Office; the complete list of data processors will be provided upon request of the parties concerned.
Place and purpose of data processing.
The personal data provided by you during registration, subscription to the Newsletter and purchase order, their subsequent changes, as well as comments and judgments, will be recorded and stored on protected database media and processed with appropriate security measures and stored for the sole purpose of providing the services provided by the site itself and necessary for its proper functioning. The data will be processed mainly with electronic and computerized instruments and stored both on computer and paper supports, in compliance with the minimum security measures pursuant to the Technical Specifications on minimum security measures, Annex B) of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
The personal data provided by you will be subject to the following processing:
a) Processing of the technical, bureaucratic and administrative practices provided for by the relationship you have established with RS LIFE360 SRL and management of the related compulsory fulfilments by law;
b) Fulfilment of contractual obligations, technical support and technical information and after-sales assistance;
c) Administrative, accounting, fiscal and insurance management as well as filing through the creation of a customer registry;
d) Realization of marketing, promotional and advertising campaigns by sending documentation to the customer’s home (traditional mail, e-mail, fax, etc.);
e) (only after specific consent) for the communication of commercial information on future commercial initiatives, announcements of new products, services and offers, by sending advertising e-mails. The sending of e-mails will in no case lead to the transfer of personal data to third parties. The authorization to process your data is optional, as indicated in point 4 of art. 23 of the Privacy Code. However, it is our obligation to inform you that the provision of your data is mandatory in order to comply with legal obligations in tax matters and for the proper conduct of existing contractual relationships and those that will be established. Any refusal to provide such data will not affect the quality of the services offered by our company, but will make it impossible to complete the contract if the services are not provided. The data, as far as their competence is concerned, will be processed within the company by managers or persons in charge of processing in possession of minimum capacity and training requirements. Personal data will be stored in our database and recorded in such a way as to allow access only to subjects authorized by RS LIFE360 SRL;
f) may be communicated to
– credit institutions for collection and payment operations;
– accountants and related freelance professionals for the correct execution of the fiscal fulfilments of the law;
– State bodies responsible for checks and controls on the regularity of the accounting and fiscal fulfilments provided for by law.
In any case, it is forbidden to communicate or disseminate your personal data to third companies or to subjects other than those indicated above, except for the fulfilment of obligations provided for by law.
Rights of the interested party.
The interested party may at any time exercise, at the times and in the manner prescribed by law, the rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, which we report below:
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2;
e) the entities and categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.

Personal Data will be accessible by the User on a personal and confidential basis. Therefore, in order to process the User’s request, the User must provide the information necessary to identify himself/herself as the owner of the aforementioned Personal Data.
Data related to comments and User Generated Content.
The site is designed for registered users to enter comments, messages in forum areas and within the blog. These types of information will be visible to other visitors to the site and as such, although this practice is not provided for by the policy or by current legislation, may be copied and published on third party sites without the knowledge of RS LIFE360 SRL and without its express consent. RS LIFE360 SRL will not be held responsible, not even objectively, for any consequences of such events. In the event that the user later asks for his account to be deleted from the database of the site, it will not be possible to delete the comments and User Generated Content created until then because this would make the database and subsequent responses of other users inconsistent.
Updating personal data.
You can update your data at any time by logging in with your account on the appropriate pages of the site. If your Personal Data is not updated by you, it will be automatically deleted from the RS LIFE360 SRL database on the site 6 months after the date of its last update or if no update is made 6 months after the date of your registration. With regard to Personal Data collected through the request forms, RS LIFE360 SRL of the site informs the User that such Personal Data will be automatically deleted after 6 months from the date of registration.
The Site Publisher is committed to doing its best to protect your Personal Data from any kind of damage, loss, misappropriation, intrusion, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
The data controller and their delegates are in no case in a position to access the password chosen by the user to protect their account, which is stored in encrypted form within the site’s databases. Access, modification and deletion of personal data.
